Mango eating can fight cancer
Polyphenol extracts in the mango are antioxidant, preventing cancerous cells, especially breast cancer and colon cancer.
US researchers have just found in a nutrient containing some anti-cancer cells. They extracted the five most common macronutrients in the US, Kent, Francine, Ataulfo, Tommy and Haden. They tested Polyphenol extracts from purple on intestinal, prostate, breast, lung and blood cancers. The results showed that manganese has antioxidant and anti-cancer properties, lung cancer and prostate cancer. The most effective is for breast and colon cancer.
Experiments on normal bowel cancer, along with colon cancer cells, show that Polyphenol in mango does not harm normal cells. Mango is considered a source of vitamin C and beta carotene, great for eyes and skin.
A US Food Research Institute spokeswoman said diets rich in vitamins C and carotenoids reduced the risk associated with aging, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Researchers are advised to eat sweet drinks daily to enjoy the above health benefits. Please like and share
