Experts say the benefits of egg to health depend on the eating habits

We've always heard that we should not eat eggs because it is rich in cholesterol but also contains a lot of protein. So what is good or bad egg?
Eggs rich in selenium, vitamins, zinc and iron, but red egg contains fat and cholesterol.
"Everyone should eat eggs, except for heart disease, coronary artery disease and cholesterol alone," said Christine Lee, MD, a cardiologist at the University of California, Los Angeles.
"The eggs are not likely to be key criminals for heart disease we used to think," Li said.
She added that the real problem is what you eat with eggs. "Food rich in salt and starch may be the main source of increased risk for heart disease than ours," she said.
Just three tablespoons of pork will increase the amount of sodium that can be a major concern for people with high blood pressure. White bread or white bread can contribute to the risk of diabetes, which can lead to heart attack and stroke.
Dr Lee said that while the whole egg did not have an impact on healthy people who consumed daily, half of the protein was found in white eggs, followed by vitamin B2, and a small amount of fat and cholesterol.
So, Dr. Lee stated that you can consume two white eggs daily for health benefits. Click Like & share to know our friends.
